- Real Cane Syrup or Molasses
- V8 Juice
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Louisiana Hot Sauce
- Spicy Brown Mustard

- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
This marinade is crazy-delicious. It's so simple to make with just a few ingredients and it's the best balance of flavors. It's tangy but not overly sweet and the hot sauce adds amazing flavor. Use it as a marinade, mop sauce or drizzle it over everything you take off of the grill.
How to Make the Best Pork Chop Marinade:
- In a small saucepan, add real cane syrup, V8 juice, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and mustard.
- Whisk together and cook over medium heat just until the mixture starts to bubble.
- Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Speed up the cooling process in the refrigerator if needed.
Marinate Pork Chops:
- Place pork chops in a zip top bag.
- Pour ¾ cup of marinade over pork chops, squeezing out the excess air. Turn over the bag a few times to coat the pork chops in the marinade. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
- Reserve remaining marinade in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 month. Serve with grilled pork chops or use it to marinate ribs or chicken.
How to Grill Marinated Pork Chops:
- Prepare a grill fire to 350° using pecan or hickory for smoke flavor.
- Remove pork chops from marinade. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place over indirect fire and cook with the grill closed about 8 minutes.
- Turn the pork chops and continue to cook until pork reaches 145° using a digital meat thermometer.
- Remove pork chops to a serving platter and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.

- Store leftover pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
- Slice pork chops and place in a skillet with additional marinade. Cook over medium heat, stirring until heated through.
