Ingredients Needed

Step By Step Directions

4 raw pork chops on a baking sheet, seasoned.

Pat pork chops dry with paper towels. Place on a rimmed baking sheet and lightly coat both sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Cook over indirect grill fire using hickory chunks for smoke flavor with the grill closed about 5 minutes.

Turn the pork chops and drizzle with sweet mustard, brush to glaze evenly. Close the grill and continue to cook another 5-8 minutes or until the pork chops reach 145° using a digital meat thermometer.

Remove from the grill onto a serving platter, sauce side down.

Drizzle with sweet mustard sauce and rest 5 minutes before serving.

How to Store and Reheat

  • Store leftover pork chops in an airtight container or zip top bag in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
  • Reheat sliced pork chops in a skillet coated with olive oil over medium heat, adding additional sauce. Stir occasionally until heated through.
