Ingredients or Cilantro Lime Pork Chops:
- Pork Chops
- Olive Oil
- Orange Juice
- Lime Juice
- Fresh Garlic
- Cilantro
- Honey
- Ground Cumin
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper

How to Grill Cilantro Lime Pork Chops:
- Pat pork chops dry and place in a gallon size zip top baggie.
- In a blender, add orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, cilantro, honey, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Blend 30 seconds, scrape down sides and continuing to blend until completely smooth.
- Pour marinade over pork chops and seal the bag, pressing out air.
- Turn baggie over coating the pork chops well.
- Refrigerate 1 – 4 hours.
- Prepare a grill fire to 350° with hickory or pecan for smoke flavor.
- Grill pork chops over indirect heat with the grill closed about 5 minutes.
- Turn pork chops and continue to grill with the lid closed until internal temperature reaches 145° using a >digital meat thermometer, about 8- 10 minutes.
- Remove to a serving platter and rest 5 minutes before serving.

How to Store and Reheat:
Store leftover pork chops wrapped in plastic wrap or aluminum foil in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
Reheat sliced pork chops in a skillet coated with olive oil and cook over medium heat. Stir occasionally until heated through.
TIPS FOR JUICY PORK CHOPS:
Pork chops tend to dry out over long cooking periods and are easy to dry out. Marinating the pork and cooking over medium- high heat over a shorter time will help keep the pork chops juicy.

- ⅓ cup orange juice
- ⅓ cup lime juice
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- ½ cup cilantro
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Dry pork chops with paper towels and place in a gallon size zip top baggie.
- In a blender, add olive oil, orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, cilantro, honey, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Blend 30 seconds, scrape down the sides and blend until smooth.
- Pour over pork chops. Squeeze out air and seal the baggie. Refrigerate 1- 4 hours.
- Prepare a grill fire to 350° with hickory or pecan for smoke flavor.
- Remove pork chops from marinade and place over indirect fire. Discard marinade.
- Cook with the grill closed for 5 minutes. Turn the pork chops and continue to cook with the grill closed for another 8 - 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140- 145°.
- Remove from grill and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
