Grilled pork chops are on the menu at least once or twice a week at our house. We love to serve them up with grilled vegetable rice pilaf, bacon ranch corn and grilled garlic bread.

- Olive Oil
- Granulated Garlic
- Onion Powder
- Kosher Salt

How to Grill Garlic Butter Pork Chops:
- In a small bowl, combine granulated garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels and place on a plate.
- Coat all sides of the pork chops with olive oil.
- Sprinkle rub over all sides of pork chops, pressing the seasoning into the pork chops. Set aside at room temperature.
- Prepare a grill fire to about 400° using hickory or pecan chunks for smoke flavor.
- In a small bowl, add the softened butter with a grated or minced garlic clove, minced rosemary and chopped parsley. Use a fork to mix well. Set butter aside at room temperature.
- Place the pork chops onto a hot grill over indirect fire and close the lid. Lower temperature of the grill to about 350°.
- Cook for 5 minutes and flip the pork chops. Continue to cook another 8 - 10 minutes.
- Check internal temperature of the chops with a digital meat thermometer and continue to cook until pork chops reach 140°.
- Remove from grill to a serving platter.
Top each pork chop with about a tablespoon of the garlic butter, rest pork chops for about 5 minutes before serving and internal temperature will come up to 145°, which is the optimal temperature for juicy pork chops.

- 4 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup salted butter, softened
- 1 small garlic clove, grated or minced
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels and place on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle pork chops with olive oil, coating all sides.

- Spread a tablespoon of the garlic butter over each pork chop and rest for about 5 minutes before serving
