Rosemary Mustard BBQ Pork Chops

Rosemary Mustard BBQ Pork Chops are quick and easy to grill. The sweet and tangy mustard bbq sauce adds great flavor to the smoky pork.  A must-try for dinner this week!

We love grilling pork chops at least once a week and serve them with Rice PilafGrilled Corn on the Cob or Asparagus with garlic butter. Easy garlic bread is also a great addition to round out the meal.

Ingredients Needed:

  • Pork Chops
  • Kosher Salt & Pepper

For the Rosemary Mustard Sauce:

  • prepared yellow mustard, like French’s
  • light brown sugar
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • fresh or dried  rosemary
  • dried onion flakes
  • granulated garlic
  • coarse ground black pepper
  • kosher salt

How to Grill Rosemary Mustard BBQ Pork Chops:

  • Prepare a grill fire to about 300° with pecan or hickory for smoke flavor.

  • Pat pork chops dry with paper towels. 
  • Season with salt and pepper.

  • Grill pork chops over indirect fire with the grill lid closed for about 10 minutes.

  • Flip pork chops and top with rosemary mustard bbq sauce. 
  • Continue to cook for another 10 to 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145° with a digital thermometer

  • Remove from grill and let rest 10 minutes before serving.

How to Store and Reheat:

Store leftover pork chops wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator up to 3 days.

To reheat, slice and cook in a skillet with additional rosemary mustard bbq sauce over medium heat. Stir frequently cooking until heated through, about 5 minutes.

  1. I wouldn’t change a thing about this recipe other than we used bone-in pork chops. One of the most delicious pork chops I’ve ever had. I’m loving the sauce so much. Want to try it on grilled wings and shrimp skewers, too!
