Welcome! We are Tony and Milisa Armstrong. We have three sons, three adorable grandsons and a granddaughter. We are living the good life on our Oklahoma cattle ranch. We enjoy cooking, especially grilling and creating delicious BBQ recipes.

 In the early 2000’s we created a barbecue sauce business that we later sold and it is still thriving today. We were beyond thrilled when the barbecue sauce was mentioned in the Wall Street Journal.

After selling the barbecue sauce business, Milisa was missing the creativity and connection with people. That’s what led us to start Miss in the Kitchen in February 2010.

Tony has always loved grilling and smoking and develops our grilling recipes. We enjoy working together to bring delicious recipes to our readers. That led us to start Out Grilling as a second recipe site. We are constantly working to bring fresh ideas and grilling inspiration to your dinner table.
