Garlic Pork Chops ~ Easy Grilling Recipe

Get dinner on the table in no time at all with grilled boneless pork chops. Our classic pork rub adds wonderful garlic and brown sugar flavor that perfectly compliments the smoky pork.

4 raw pork chops, olive oil and pork rub.

Ingredients Needed:

  • Boneless Pork Chops
  • Olive Oil
  • Brown Sugar
  • Granulated Garlic
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Onion Powder
  • Dry Mustard
  • Ground Chili Flakes

How to Grill Garlic Pork Chops:

Raw pork chops with dry rub seasoning.

  • Pat pork chops dry with paper towels. Brush with olive oil on both sides and sprinkle with pork rub. 
  • Set aside at room temperature while you prepare a grill fire using hickory or pecan for smoke flavor.

  • Cook pork chops over indirect fire with the grill closed for about 5 minutes.

  • Turn the pork chops and continue to cook another 7- 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145° using a digital meat thermometer.

  • Remove pork chops to a serving platter and rest about 10 minutes before serving.

How to Store and Reheat:

  • Store leftover pork chops wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
  • Reheat sliced pork chops in a skillet coated with olive oil over medium heat. Stir often, cooking until heated through.

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops boneless, thick-cut
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup Pork Rub

Instructions

  • Pat pork chops dry with paper towels. Place on a clean baking sheet and coat both sides with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle pork rub over both sides of pork chops, pressing the rub down onto the pork chops. Set aside at room temperature.
  • Prepare a grill fire to 300° using hickory or pecan for smoke flavor.
  • Grill pork chops over indirect fire with the grill closed for 5 minutes.
  • Flip the pork chops and continue to cook another 8- 10 minutes until pork reaches 145° using a digital meat thermometer.
  • Remove from grill to a serving platter. Rest pork chops 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store pork chops wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
Reheat sliced pork chops in a skillet coated in olive oil over medium heat. Stir to heat from both sides.
