Ingredients for Maple Glazed Pork Chops:

  • Boneless Pork Chops
  • Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt
  • Coarse Ground Pepper
  • Maple Glaze: Pure Maple Syrup, Granulated Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Black Pepper, Kosher Salt, Ground Rosemary

How to Grill Maple Glazed Pork Chops:

  • Make the maple glaze in a small pan, combining all of the ingredients. Cook over medium heat just until mixture comes to a low boil. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Pat pork chops dry with paper towels and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides.

  • Cook pork chops over indirect fire with the grill closed for 5 minutes.

  • Flip the pork chops and brush with maple glaze. Close the lid and cook another 5 minutes.

  • Brush with glaze and flip again, brushing the top side with glaze. Test the pork chops internal temperature using a digital meat thermometer, cooking pork chops until they reach 145°.

  • Remove pork chops and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving. 

How to Store and Reheat:

  • Store leftover pork chops wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
  • Reheat sliced pork chops in a skillet coated with olive oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated through.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
  • ½ cup Maple Glaze

Instructions

  • Prepare a grill fire to 350° using hickory or pecan for smoke flavor.
  • Pat pork chops dry with paper towels and place on a baking sheet. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with kosher salt and pepper.
  • Make the maple glaze and set aside.
  • Cook pork chops over indirect fire with the grill closed for 5 minutes. Flip the pork chops and brush with maple glaze.
  • Continue to cook with the grill closed for 5 minutes. Brush the pork chops with maple glaze and then turn the pork chop and brush the top side with maple glaze. Continue to cook until pork chops reach 145° using a digital meat thermometer.
  • Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
