Ingredients for Lemon Garlic Pork Chops:
- Boneless Pork Chops
- Butter
- Parmesan Cheese
- Garlic
- Lemon
- Dijon Mustard
- Honey
- Salt, Pepper, Chili Flakes

How to Grill Lemon Garlic Pork Chops:
- Prepare a grill fire to about 300° with hickory wood for smoke flavor.
- Remove pork chops from packaging and season with salt and pepper if desired.
- Cook pork chops over indirect fire for 10 minutes with the grill closed.
- Turn pork chops and continue to cook until internal temperature reaches 145° with a digital thermometer.
- Remove from grill and cover loosely with foil to rest while you make the lemon garlic sauce.
- Add butter to a small skillet with minced garlic, cook over low heat for 2- 3 minutes. Remove from heat and zest a whole lemon into the garlic butter.
- Slice the lemon in half and squeeze juice from half of the lemon into the garlic butter, about 1 tablespoon.
- Whisk in dijon mustard, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and chili flakes.
- Return to the burner and cook 2 minutes.
- Brush over both sides of pork chops.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices if desired.
- Serve immediately.

How to Store and Reheat:
Store leftover pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
To reheat, slice pork chops and add to a skillet with 2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 4 – 6 minutes, stirring often.

- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice plus zest from whole lemon
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 large garlic cloves minced
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- pinch of chili flakes
- fresh lemon slices and fresh parsley for garnish optional
Instructions
- Prepare a grill fire to 300° with oak or hickory wood for smoke flavor.
- Cook pork chops over indirect heat with the lid closed for 10 minutes. Flip pork chops and cook until internal temperature reaches 145° with a digital thermometer.
- Remove pork chops from the grill and cover with foil while you prepare the sauce.
- Melt butter in a sauce pan with minced garlic and cook over low heat about 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, dijon mustard, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and chili flakes.
- Return to burner and cook for 2- 3 minutes.
- Brush over both sides of pork chops.
- Garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley if desired.
