Easy dinners are my favorite, especially when there’s not a ton of prep work and I can get it on the table pretty quickly. Boneless pork chops are just the ticket for an easy weeknight dinner.

Grilled Italian Pork Chops

How to Grill Italian Pork Chops:

Boneless pork chops coated in zesty Italian dressing

  • Pat pork chops dry with paper towels on both sides. 
  • Pour zesty Italian dressing into a shallow bowl and mix with Creole mustard and Mediterranean seasonings. 
  • Dip pork chops into dressing mix and coat both sides and place on a baking sheet. 
  • Tenderize with a large tined fork. 

Italian Pork Chops on a Grill

  • Prepare grill to about 350° fire. 
  • Sear pork chops over the fire and turn to sear other side, about 2 minutes on each side.  Move to indirect heat and continue to cook until internal temperature reaches 145°, about 7-10 minutes.

  • Remove from grill and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.

How to Bake Italian Pork Chops:

  • Preheat oven to 350° and bake for 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°.

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • ½ cup zesty Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Creole mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Mediterranean seasoning or Italian blend

Instructions

  • Pat pork chops dry with paper towels on both sides. 
  • Pour zesty Italian dressing into a shallow bowl and whisk together with Creole mustard and Mediterranean seasonings. 
  • Dip pork chops into dressing mix, coating both sides. Place on a baking sheet in a single layer. 
  • Use a large tined fork to tenderize well. 
  • Prepare grill to a 350° fire. 
  • Sear pork chops over the fire and turn to sear other side, about 2 minutes on each side. 
  • Move to indirect heat and continue to cook until internal temperature reaches 145°, about 7-10 minutes.
  • Remove to a serving plate and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
