- 4 boneless pork chops
- ½ cup Italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons Creole mustard or dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Pat pork chops dry with paper towels on both sides.
Pour zesty Italian dressing into a shallow dish and whisk together with Creole mustard and Italian seasonings.
Dip pork chops into dressing mix, coating both sides. Marinate for 30 minutes while you prepare the grill fire or refrigerate up to 8 hours.
Prepare grill to a 350° fire.
Grill pork chops for about 4 to 6 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until internal temperature reaches 145°F using a digital meat thermometer.
Remove to a serving plate and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
Can be cooked on a grill pan on the stove top over medium heat, using similar cooking time.
To Bake or Air Fry Pork Chops: Preheat oven to 350° and bake for 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°.
Bone-in pork chops will need additional cooking time.
Store leftover pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
Reheat in a pan over low heat with a few tablespoons of water. Cover and cook until heated through.
