Grilled Italian Pork Chops

Juicy grilled Italian pork chops marinated in Italian dressing, Creole mustard, and Italian seasoning. An easy, flavorful dinner perfect for weeknights or cookouts.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • ½ cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Creole mustard or dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Pat pork chops dry with paper towels on both sides. 
  • Pour zesty Italian dressing into a shallow dish and whisk together with Creole mustard and Italian seasonings. 
  • Dip pork chops into dressing mix, coating both sides. Marinate for 30 minutes while you prepare the grill fire or refrigerate up to 8 hours.
  • Prepare grill to a 350° fire. 
  • Grill pork chops for about 4 to 6 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until internal temperature reaches 145°F using a digital meat thermometer.
  • Remove to a serving plate and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Can be cooked on a grill pan on the stove top over medium heat, using similar cooking time. 
To Bake or Air Fry Pork Chops: Preheat oven to 350° and bake for 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°. 
Bone-in pork chops will need additional cooking time. 
Store leftover pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. 
Reheat in a pan over low heat with a few tablespoons of water. Cover and cook until heated through.
