  • Salted Butter – use unsalted butter if that is what you have on hand.
  • Honey – Local honey is best if you have it.
  • Ground Chipotle – Ancho chili powder works great too.
  • Chili Powder
  • Smoked Paprika

Step-By-Step Directions for Grilled Pork Chops

  1. Start the Grill: Prepare a grill fire to 350° using hickory, pecan or oak chunks for smoke flavor.
  2. Prep the Pork Chops: Pat pork chops dry with paper towels and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic on both sides.
