This recipe features Pine Ridge Jalapeno Barbecue and Dipping Sauce from Pine Ridge Sauces. It adds the perfect sweet and spicy glaze to smoky grilled pork chops.

Sheet pan with 6 raw pork chops.

Pat pork chops dry with paper towels and brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place on the grill and cook with the grill closed about 5 minutes.

Brush the pork chops with Jalapeno Barbecue Sauce. Flip the pork chops and brush with more sauce. Close the lid and continue cooking another 5- 8 minutes or until pork chops reach 145° using a digital meat thermometer.

Remove pork chops from the grill and rest 5 minutes before serving.

How to Store and Reheat

  • Store grilled pork chops wrapped in plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate up to 4 days.
  • Reheat sliced pork chops with a few tablespoons of barbecue sauce. Stir occasionally until heated through.

  • Prepare a grill fire to 350° using hickory for smoke flavor.
  • Pat pork chops dry with paper towels. Place on a rimmed baking sheet and lightly coat both sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook over indirect grill fire with the grill closed about 5 minutes.
  • Brush barbecue sauce over the pork chops . Flip the pork chops and brush with sauce.. Close the grill and continue to cook another 5-8 minutes or until the pork chops reach 145° using a digital meat thermometer.
  • Remove from the grill onto a serving platter.
  • Rest 5 minutes before serving. Serve with additional sauce if desired.
