Creamy Italian Pork Chops

Ingredients for Creamy Italian Pork Chops:
- Pork Chops
- Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
For the Creamy Italian Sauce:
- White Wine Vinegar
- Lemon Juice
- Dijon Mustard
- Honey
- Granulated Garlic
- Dried Basil
- Dried Oregano
- Ground Rosemary
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Mayonnaise
How to Grill Creamy Italian Pork Chops:
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels and place on a baking sheet.
- Spray or brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Prepare a grill fire to about 350° with hickory or pecan chunks for smoke flavor.
- Grill pork chops over indirect heat with the grill closed.
- Cook for about 5 minutes. Flip pork chops and continue to cook for another 10 – 12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145° using a digital meat thermometer.
- Remove from grill and tent with foil while you prepare the sauce.
- Add vinegar, lemon juice, dijon mustard, honey, herbs and spices, salt and pepper to a blender.
- Blend for about 20 seconds.
- With the blender running, slowly stream in the olive oil, blending about 30 seconds until well combined.
- Stop the blender and add mayonnaise.
- Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Pour into a small bowl or jar.
- Spoon sauce over pork chops and serve immediately.
How to Store and Reheat:
Store remaining sauce in the refrigerator in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
Pork chops can be stored in a zip top bag or wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
Reheat in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Sliced pork chops will reheat quickly. Serve with additional sauce.

For the Creamy Italian Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground rosemary
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- fresh parsley for garnish optional
Instructions
- Prepare a grill fire to 350° with hickory or pecan chunks for smoke flavor.
- Using paper towels, pat the pork chops dry and place on a baking sheet.
- Spray or brush with olive oil on both sides. Season each with about 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
- Grill pork chops over indirect fire with the grill closed for about 5 minutes.
- Flip pork chops and continue to cook with the lid closed about 10 minutes. Use a digital thermometer to check the pork chops, cooking until internal temperature reaches 145°.
- Remove to a clean sheet pan and tent with foil while you prepare the sauce.
- In a blender, add white wine vinegar, lemon juice, dijon mustard, garlic, basil, oregano, rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Blend until well combined, about 20 - 30 seconds.
- With the blender running, slowly drizzle in olive oil until well combined about 1 minute total.
- Turn the blender off and add mayonnaise.
- Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
- Pour into a jar.
- Spoon over pork chops and garnish with parsley if desired.
