Our garden is producing lots of banana peppers this year and we love stuffing them with sausage and cheese. It is a delicious flavor combination especially when you add in a bit of hickory smoke.

Burgers are on the menu at least once a week at our house and adding stuffed peppers to a grilled burger is going to be on the regular rotation with a big serving of homemade French fries and grilled corn on the cob!

How to Store and Reheat:

Store leftovers wrapped in plastic wrap or in an airtight container in refrigerator.

Reheat in a skillet over medium heat with about 1 tablespoon of water. Cover skillet and cook about 5 – 7 minutes or until heated through.

This basically steams the burgers and they will taste freshly grilled. Try it!
