Our garden is producing lots of banana peppers this year and we love stuffing them with sausage and cheese. It is a delicious flavor combination especially when you add in a bit of hickory smoke.
Burgers are on the menu at least once a week at our house and adding stuffed peppers to a grilled burger is going to be on the regular rotation with a big serving of homemade French fries and grilled corn on the cob!
We love making different kinds of burgers on the grill and these grilled mozzarella burgers are great for a quick weeknight dinner.
