Grilled Mustard BBQ Burgers with onion strings

To make rosemary mustard bbq sauce you will need:

  • prepared yellow mustard
  • brown sugar
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • dried rosemary
  • onion flakes
  • garlic powder
  • black pepper
  • kosher salt

How to Make Mustard BBQ Burgers:

Ground Beef and Mustard BBQ Sauce

  • Mix ground beef with mustard bbq sauce in a bowl. 

Mustard BBQ Burger Patties

  • Make into patties with an indention in the center of each patty. 
  • Prepare a grill fire to about 300° with oak or hickory wood for smoke flavor.

Grilled Burgers with mustard bbq sauce

  • Place patties over direct fire to sear about 2 minutes, flip patties and move to indirect heat. Close the lid and cook 5 minutes. Check burgers with a digital meat thermometer. 

How to Grill Mustard Burgers

  • Continue to cook until internal temperature reaches 165°. 
  • Remove from grill.

  • Serve burgers on buns with lettuce, tomato and your favorite condiments. Top with onion strings.

  • Mix ground beef with rosemary mustard bbq sauce in a bowl and form into 6 patties. Make an indention in the center of each.
  • Prepare a grill fire to about 300° with hickory or oak for smoke flavor.
  • Place burgers over direct fire. Cook burgers 8- 10 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°.
  • Remove from grill.
  • Top buns with lettuce and tomato. Add burger patties and top with onion strings.
  • Add your favorite condiments to the top buns and serve.
