Pulled Pork Taquitos
Pulled Pork Taquitos are a quick and easy meal to make with leftover pulled pork. A rolled taco filled with smoky pork, chipotle sauce and cheese!

Ingredients for Pulled Pork Taquitos Recipe

- Pulled Pork
- Chipotle Sauce
- Granulated Garlic
- Flour Tortillas
- Cheddar Cheese: Colby-Jack or Pepper Jack work well too.
- Olive Oil
- Garnishes: Cilantro, Salsa, Sour Cream
How to Make Pork Taquitos

- Add pulled pork to a bowl with chipotle sauce and granulated garlic.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shred the cheese.

- Place chipotle pork mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with cheese.
- Roll up each tortilla.
- Place on a baking sheet, seam side down.
- Brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 20- 25 minutes or until taquitos are golden brown and cheese is melted.

Serving
Serve with cilantro, sour cream and salsa if desired. Grilled Mexican Street Corn, Smoked Mac and Cheese or Coleslaw make great side dishes for taquitos.
