Hawaiian buns are topped with smoked pulled pork and our favorite pineapple bbq sauce, melted Swiss cheese and fresh pineapple rings for a tasty slider.

Pineapple Pulled Pork Sliders ~ Leftover Pulled Pork Recipe

We love to throw a pork butt on the grill over the weekend to have on hand for easy meals throughout the week. We also love it because is one of the easiest and most delicious ways to feed a crowd.

How to Make Pineapple Pulled Pork Sliders:

  • Add pulled pork to a skillet with pineapple bbq sauce and cook over medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and set aside.

  • Cut Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottoms in a baking dish or on a sheet pan.
  • Top with pineapple pulled pork. 
  • Add Swiss cheese slices over the pork.
  • Top with a pineapple ring.

  • Add the bun tops and brush with melted butter.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. 
  • Remove from oven and serve immediately.

How to Store and Reheat:

  • Store leftover sliders in a zip top bag in the refrigerator up to 3 days. 
  • Reheat in a baking dish covered with foil in a 350° oven for 15- 20 minutes or until heated through.

      Most recipes can be made in a conventional oven also. Use similar cooking temperatures and times.
