  2. Chop the roast beef and smoked gouda into small pieces. Dice the Vidalia onion.
  3. Mix the roast beef, cheese and onion until combined.
  4. Arrange the bread slices on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Spoon the roast beef mixture evenly over each slice of bread.
