We love to cook a little extra on the grill so we can have leftovers for easy dinners like these sliders. Pair them with Smoked Mac and Cheese and Bacon Ranch Corn for a complete meal.

Ingredients Needed

  • Grilled Steak or Roast Beef
  • Swiss Cheese
  • Brioche Rolls
  • Butter
  • Marinara Sauce

Step By Step Directions

  • Thinly slice the steak.
  • Cut the rolls in half.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter.
  • Place the bottoms of the rolls in a pan and top with Swiss cheese slices.
  • Top with steak.
  • Spoon marinara sauce over the steak.
  • Add the roll tops, cut side up to the sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and steak is heated through.

  • Remove from oven, place the roll tops onto the sandwiches.

  • Serve immediately with additional marinara sauce for dipping.

How to Store and Reheat

Wrap leftover sliders in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator up to 4 days.

Reheat in a toaster oven or oven at 350°.  Place on a baking sheet or aluminum foil. Pull the sandwiches apart and cook about 10 minutes or heated though.
