Steak Sliders

Steak Sliders are a tasty appetizer to make with leftover steak or holiday prime rib. Buttery slider rolls topped with steak, melted cheese and marinara sauce for the tastiest toasted sandwiches.

Instructions

  • Cut the rolls in half. 
  • Brush the cut side of the roll tops with butter. 
  • Place the bottoms of the rolls in a pan and top with Swiss cheese slices.
  • Top with steak. 
  • Spoon marinara sauce over the steak. 
  • Place the roll tops cut side up and and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and steak is heated through.
  • Remove from oven. Add the tops of the rolls.
  • Serve immediately with additional marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Wrap leftover sliders in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator up to 4 days. 
Reheat in a toaster oven or oven at 350°.  Place on a baking sheet or aluminum foil. Pull the sandwiches apart and cook about 10 minutes or heated though.
