Ingredients Needed

  • Chicken Wings
  • Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt
  • Coarse Black Pepper
  • Peach BBQ Sauce

Step By Step Instructions

Raw chicken wings in a colander.

  • Drain chicken wings and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with kosher salt and coarse black pepper. Toss to coat.

  • Cook over indirect grill fire with the grill closed. 
  • Test the chicken with a digital meat thermometer, cooking until chicken reaches 160°.

  • Use tongs to remove the wings into a bowl and toss with peach bbq sauce.

  • Place the wings back onto the grill and drizzle with additional sauce.

  • Close the grill and continue to cook another 5 – 10 minutes until wings reach 165°.

  • Remove to a serving platter and serve immediately with additional sauce if desired.

How to Store and Reheat

Store leftover wings in a zip top bag or airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days.

Reheat in an air fryer at 300° for 3-4 minutes or non stick skillet over medium- high heat, turning after a few minutes to heat from both sides.

Peach BBQ Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ cups peach bbq sauce

Instructions

  • Prepare a grill fire to 300° using hickory or pecan for smoke flavor.
  • Drain chicken wings in a colander and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Place in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with kosher salt and coarse black pepper. Toss to coat well.
  • Place the chicken wings onto the grill. Cook over indirect grill fire with the grill closed for about 20 minutes.
  • Test the chicken with a digital meat thermometer, cooking until chicken reaches 160°. 
  • Use tongs to remove the wings into a clean bowl and toss with about 3/4 cup of peach bbq sauce. 
  • Place the wings back onto the grill and drizzle with another tablespoon or two of sauce. 
  • Close the grill and continue to cook another 5 - 10 minutes until wings reach 165°.
  • Remove to a serving platter and serve immediately with additional sauce if desired.

Notes
