Open Faced Roast Beef Sandwich
This open faced roast beef sandwich is broiled until melty with smoked gouda and sweet onion then finished with ranch and honey mustard for an easy hot sandwich.

- ½ pound thin sliced roast beef
- 4 ounces smoked gouda cheese thin sliced
- 1 Vidalia onion diced
- 6 slices whole wheat sandwich bread
Preheat broiler and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Chop the roast beef and smoked gouda into small pieces. Dice the Vidalia onion.
Mix the roast beef, cheese and onion until combined.
Arrange the bread slices on the prepared baking sheet.
Spoon the roast beef mixture evenly over each slice of bread.
Place under the broiler for 3 to 5 minutes, watching closely, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with ranch dressing and honey mustard sauce.
Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve immediately.
