Ingredients for Steak Rub:
- Brown Sugar
- Granulated Garlic
- Chili Powder
- Dried Thyme
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
- Smoked Paprika
How to Make Steak Rub:
- In a bowl, add brown sugar with garlic, chili powder, thyme, salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
- Mix well.
- Store in an airtight container in a pantry cabinet for up to 3 months.
- Mix with a fork before using. Brown sugar may clump a bit, but a fork will break it up easily.
Use 1 to 2 tablespoons per pound of beef.
