Steak Rub
The best steak rub is a super simple spice mix to make for grilling steaks, roast beef or your favorite burgers. Keep this dry rub on hand for all of your grilling recipes.

Ingredients for Steak Rub:
- Brown Sugar
- Granulated Garlic
- Chili Powder
- Dried Thyme
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
- Smoked Paprika
How to Make Steak Rub:
- In a bowl, add brown sugar with garlic, chili powder, thyme, salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
- Mix well.
- Store in an airtight container in a pantry cabinet for up to 3 months.
- Mix with a fork before using. Brown sugar may clump a bit, but a fork will break it up easily.
Use 1 to 2 tablespoons per pound of beef.

- ⅓ cup kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
