Grilled Steak
Perfectly Grilled Steak is the most simple and delicious method for seasoning and preparing a delicious steak on the grill. A steakhouse quality meal at home is the perfect way to celebrate with your loved ones.
We usually add our steak rub to all of our steaks, burgers and beef roasts on the grill. Sometimes we like to go for a more simple preparation with just salt and pepper, especially if you have a great quality steak.

Tips for Choosing a Good Steak for Grilling:
Cuts:
- Ribeye Steaks are our pick for the perfect steak on the grill. They are rich, juicy and full of flavor thanks to plenty of fat marbling throughout. Choose a thicker steak 1 1/2 – 1 3/4 inch thick for grilling.
- T-Bone Steaks are another cookout favorite. Tender, flavorful and satisfying.
- Strip Steaks are a tender, more lean steak. great for grilling.
- Top Sirloin is a less expensive cut great served as steak or kabobs.
Grading:
- Prime is the superior choice. Produced from young, well fed cattle that results in the best marbling for the best flavor.
- Choice is most commonly available in grocery stores and has a good amount of marbling but less than prime.
- Select is more lean with less marbling and is less expensive.
Marbling:
- Steaks with a lot of marbling will grill up more tender, juicy and flavorful.
