Steakhouse Burgers

Steakhouse Burgers are fully loaded with flavor and are sure to rival your favorite drive-thru burger. Juicy all beef burgers grilled to perfection, topped with steak sauce, crispy bacon and onion strings on buttery buns. 

The Classic Burger is a great dinner for busy weeknights and a staple on our dinner table. There’s never any fuss when burgers like our Fried Pickle Burgers are on the menu!

Ingredients for Steakhouse Burgers:

platter of burger patties and buns, bowl of onion strings, bacon, lettuce and steak sauce.

How to Make Steakhouse Burgers:

4 ground beef patties on a sheet pan.

  • Divide ground beef into 1/4 pound balls. Flatten into thin patties, about 6 inch patties.
  • Sprinkle one side of each burger patty with steak rub or your favorite all purpose seasoning mix.
  • Prepare a grill fire to 350° using oak or hickory for smoke flavor.

  • Grill burgers over direct fire with the seasoned side up for about 5 minutes.

  • Flip the burgers and sprinkle with additional steak rub.
  • Continue to cook another 3- 5 minutes until burgers are cooked through. Internal temperature for burgers should reach 160°- 165° for well done.

  • Remove burgers to a serving tray.

  • Build the burgers by adding your favorite condiment combo to both sides of the buns. Top with lettuce. Add the burger patty and drizzle with steak sauce. Add crispy bacon and onion strings and add the top buns.

Serve immediately.

How to Store and Reheat:

  • Store burger patties in a zip top bag or air tight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
  • Reheat patties in an air fryer at 350° for 3- 4 minutes or in a skillet over medium heat, flipping after 2 minutes and continue to cook until heated through.
