Ingredients for Steak Sauce:
- Prune Juice
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Soy Sauce
- Brown Sugar
- Onion Powder
- Granulated Garlic
- Kosher Salt
- Smoked Paprika
- Dry Mustard
- Ground Chili Flakes
How to Make Steak Sauce:
- In a pan add the prune juice, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar and soy sauce. Add the brown sugar, onion powder, granulated garlic, kosher salt, dry mustard and ground chili flakes.
- Whisk together until well combined.
- Cook over medium heat, whisking occasionally. Bring the mixture to a low boil.
- Remove from heat and cool slightly before serving.
Storage:
- Store homemade steak sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 months. Shake well before using.
