Garlic Cream Sauce ~ Easy No Cook Sauce
Creamy garlic sauce is a keto- friendly, low carb sauce that will instantly add tons of delicious flavors to any meat or vegetable dish. It comes together in less than 10 minutes and is sure to be a crowd favorite.
Ingredients for Garlic Cream Sauce:
- Heavy Whipping Cream
- Fresh Garlic
- Green Onions
- Prepared Horseradish
- Spicy Brown Mustard
- Hot Sauce
- Dried Thyme
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
How to Make Garlic Cream Sauce:
- In a bowl, add minced garlic, minced green onions (white and green parts), horseradish, mustard, hot sauce, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Add heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve and up to 5 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
Cooked Variation:
If you don’t like the sharp bite of raw garlic, you can sauté the onion and garlic in a tablespoon of butter or olive oil before stirring into the other ingredients.
Serving Suggestions:
- Serve over grilled steaks.
- Serve over grilled asparagus or grilled corn on the cob.
- Add as a topping for baked potatoes.

Ingredients
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons minced green onions green and white parts
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl, add the heavy whipping cream with garlic, onions, spicy brown mustard, horseradish, hot sauce, dried thyme, salt and pepper.
- Whisk the mixture together until well combined.
- Pour into a serving jar, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
