Garlic Cream Sauce ~ Easy No Cook Sauce

Creamy garlic sauce is a keto- friendly, low carb sauce that will instantly add tons of delicious flavors to any meat or vegetable dish. It comes together in less than 10 minutes and is sure to be a crowd favorite.

  • Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Fresh Garlic
  • Green Onions
  • Prepared Horseradish
  • Spicy Brown Mustard
  • Hot Sauce
  • Dried Thyme
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper

How to Make Garlic Cream Sauce:

  • In a bowl, add minced garlic, minced green onions (white and green parts), horseradish, mustard, hot sauce, thyme, salt and pepper.

  • Add heavy cream and stir to combine.

  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve and up to 5 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

Cooked Variation:

If you don’t like the sharp bite of raw garlic, you can sauté the onion and garlic in a tablespoon of butter or olive oil before stirring into the other ingredients.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons minced green onions green and white parts
  • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl, add the heavy whipping cream with garlic, onions, spicy brown mustard, horseradish, hot sauce, dried thyme, salt and pepper.
  • Whisk the mixture together until well combined.
  • Pour into a serving jar, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes
