What is prepared horseradish and where do you find it?

Prepared horseradish is made from horseradish root, vinegar, salt and sometimes sugar. It also comes in extra hot varieties, we always choose the regular, mild variety.

It can be found in any grocery store in the condiment isle, usually near the relishes and pickles.
