Peach BBQ Meatballs

Ingredients for Peach BBQ Meatballs:
- Ground Beef
- Eggs
- Diced Onion
- Brown Sugar
- Panko Bread Crumbs
- Granulated Garlic
- Salt & Pepper
- Peach BBQ Sauce

How to Grill Peach BBQ Meatballs:
- Mix ground beef with beaten eggs, diced onion, brown sugar, Panko, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Don’t overwork the mixture or your meatballs will be tough.
- Scoop into meatballs using a cookie scoop or tablespoon measure.
- Prepare a grill fire to about 300° with hickory for smoke flavor.
- Cook meatballs over indirect heat, using a grill pan if you have large grates with the lid closed.
- Continue cooking for 15- 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165° with a digital thermometer.
- Remove from grill to a bowl.
- Toss with peach bbq sauce.
- Place on a serving platter and serve immediately.
How to Store and Reheat:
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days. Meatballs can be frozen in a freezer bag up to 3 months.
Reheat in a skillet with peach bbq sauce plus a tablespoon or two of water. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally about 6- 8 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup Peach BBQ Sauce
Instructions
- Prepare a grill fire to about 300° with hickory wood for smoke flavor.
