How to Grill BBQ Steak Skewers

  1. Soak the Skewers – If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Prep the Steak & Onions – Cut the NY Strip Steaks into 1 to 1/2 inch cubes. Slice the red onions into chunks and separate into petals.

  1. Season & Skewer – Thread steak cubes and onions onto wooden skewers. Drizzle skewers with olive oil, then season generously with Out Grilling SPG Seasoning.

  1. Grill Over Medium Heat – Prepare a grill fire to 325-350°F. Place skewers on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, turning to get even char marks.

  • Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Cut the NY Strip Steaks into 1 to 1/2 inch cubes. Slice the red onions into chunks and separate into petals.
