Grilled Steak Bites are a quick and delicious meal to make on the grill for any night of the week. Tender and juicy sirloin steak coated in a seasoned herb blend makes for a budget friendly main dish that everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients for Grilled Steak Bites:
- Sirloin Steak
- Olive Oil
- Brown Sugar
- Granulated Garlic
- Dried Thyme
- Ground Rosemary
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper

How to Grill Steak Bites:
- Cut sirloin into 2 inch chunks.
- Cut onions in half and slice into ¼ inch slices.
- Drizzle olive oil over steak and onions.
- Mix brown sugar, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
- Sprinkle over the steak, toss to coat.
- Prepare a grill fire to 350° with hickory or oak for smoke flavor.
- Cook the steak bites and onions over indirect fire with the grill closed about 5 minutes.
- Use tongs to turn the steak bites and continue to cook for another 7- 10 minutes until steak bites reach desired internal temperature using a digital meat thermometer.
- Rare: 130°
- Medium Rare: 140°
- Medium: 155°
- Remove from grill to a serving platter and serve immediately.
