Ingredients for Steak Bites

  • Sirloin Steak
  • Olive Oil
  • Brown Sugar
  • Granulated Garlic
  • Dried Thyme
  • Ground Rosemary
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Sweet Onions

How to Grill Steak Bites

  • Cut sirloin into 2 inch chunks.

  1. Cut onions in half and slice into 1/4 inch slices.

  1. Drizzle olive oil over steak and onions.
  2. Mix brown sugar, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
  3. Sprinkle over the steak, toss to coat.

  1. Prepare a grill fire to 350° with hickory or oak for smoke flavor.
  2. Cook the steak bites and onions over indirect fire with the grill closed about 5 minutes.

  1. Use tongs to turn the steak bites and continue to cook for another 7- 10 minutes until steak bites reach desired internal temperature using a digital meat thermometer
  • Rare:  130°
  • Medium Rare: 140°
  • Medium: 155°

  1. Remove from grill to a serving platter and serve immediately.

The delicious herb rub gives tons of flavor to the grilled steak but if you want to add sauce, drizzle a little of our homemade Steak Sauce over the top for even more flavor.

How to Store and Reheat

  • Store leftover steak in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
  • To reheat, cook in a skillet coated with olive oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated through.
