Prepare a grill fire to 350° using hickory or oak chunks for extra smoke flavor.
Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Cut the NY Strip Steaks into 1 to 1/2 inch cubes. Slice the red onions into chunks and separate into petals.
Thread steak cubes and onions onto wooden skewers. Drizzle skewers with olive oil, then season generously with Out Grilling SPG Seasoning.
Place skewers on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, turning to get even char marks.
During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the skewers with Out Grilling Sweet & Tangy BBQ Sauce and let it caramelize. Use a digital meat thermometer to cook steak to desired doneness. We cooked ours to about 135°.
Remove from the grill and let the kebabs rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
