What You Need for a Meat Lovers Charcuterie Board:

Want more variety?

Add your favorite pickles, pickled vegetables, toasted nuts, dried fruits, jams, dips or spreads. Use what you have on hand!

If you love firing up your grill or smoker, a charcuterie board or grazing board is a great way to serve up a variety of your favorite eats. It’s a favorite for entertaining and holiday gatherings.

We often will grill 2 or 3 different things at once and we thought why not put it all together for our next family get together. Everyone can choose their favorites and serve themselves, giving you the freedom to visit and enjoy your company instead of cooking and serving guests the entire time.

Another one of our favorites for a crowd is this Grilled Chicken Smoked Sausage and Corn recipe. It’s simple to cook all at once on the grill and it’s super filling and delicious.

We actually cooked everything for this in stages. The brisket sausage was made a few weeks back and stored in a vacuum sealed bag in the refrigerator. The smoked sausages were made three days in advance and refrigerated. The chicken, pork and cheese was smoked the day before and refrigerated.

Making an epic meat lovers grazing board does not have to be overwhelming, plan ahead and make what you have time for. All of the elements are interchangeable and it’s easy to just use what you have on hand.

Add something unexpected, like the boiled quail eggs, pickled vegetables, dips or spreads.

Of course you can pick up your favorite cured meats, sausages and cheese from the deli to make it even easier. We love serving up all of our favorites from the grill.

What Drinks go with Charcuterie?

We always serve a selection of drinks for our gatherings. There’s always beer and wine and iced tea.  A nice merlot goes great with grilled and smoked meats if you looking for a wine pairing.

Add a meat lovers charcuterie board to your next gathering or celebration. It’s a great way to serve up your favorites from the grill and your guests are sure to love it.
