Spices and brown sugar to make Italian Rub.

🔥 Ingredients Needed

  • Brown Sugar will help the rub caramelize on the grilled meat. If you are on a no sugar diet, just skip the sugar.
  • Granulated Garlic will work best in any rub, better than garlic powder that will clump.
  • Dried Basil adds classic Italian flavor with the perfect balance of sweet and savory.
  • Dried Thyme adds a subtle earthy flavor that enhances any type of meat.
  • Dried Oregano has a pungent flavor commonly found in Italian dishes.
  • Smoked Paprika adds a smoky element to the rub.
  • Coarse Black Pepper adds texture and a little kick of heat.
  • Kosher Salt brings out the flavors of the meat, optional if you are on a low-salt diet.
