Ingredients for Grilled Pork Chops with Tzatziki Sauce:
- Pork Chops
- Olive Oil
- Sweet Garlic and Onion Rub
For the Tzatziki Sauce:
- Cucumber
- Minced Garlic
- Plain Greek Yogurt
- Lemon Juice
- Dill
- Kosher Salt
- Fresh Ground Pepper
- Olive Oil
How to Grill Pork Chops with Tzatziki Sauce:
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Coat lightly with olive oil on both sides.
- Sprinkle with sweet garlic and onion rub on both sides.
- Prepare a grill fire with pecan or hickory for smoke flavor.
Make the tzatziki sauce:
- Shred cucumbers using a box grater.
- Squeeze the shredded cucumbers over the sink to remove the excess liquid.
- Place shredded cucumbers in a bowl.
- Add minced garlic, lemon juice, yogurt, dill, salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Stir together until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Grill the pork chops over indirect fire with the grill closed.
- Flip the pork chops after about 5 minutes and continue to cook with the lid closed.
- Cook pork chops until internal temperature reaches 145° using a digital meat thermometer, about another 7- 10 minutes depending on how thick your pork chops are.
Remove from grill and allow to rest about 5 minutes before serving.
- Spoon tzatziki sauce over the pork chops and serve immediately.

Ingredients
- 4 thick cut, boneless pork chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sweet garlic and onion rub
For the Tzatziki Sauce
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 8 ounce English cucumber
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
- Coat both sides with 2 tablespoons olive oil and sprinkle with dry rub.
- Make the tzatziki sauce. Shred the cucumber using a box grater.
- Squeeze the excess water out of the cucumbers over the sink and place into a bowl.
- Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, yogurt, dill, salt, pepper and 1 ½ teaspoons olive oil.
- Mix together until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Prepare a grill fire to 350° using hickory or pecan for smoke flavor.
- Grill pork chops over indirect fire with the grill closed. Flip the pork chops after about 5 minutes and continue to cook another 10- 12 minutes until pork chops reach 145° internal temperature using a digital meat thermometer.
- Remove pork chops from grill and rest 5 minutes before serving.
- Spoon tzatziki sauce over pork chops and serve immediately.
