How to Store and Reheat:

Leftover bbq ribs can be stored in an airtight container or wrapped in foil in the refrigerator up to 4 days.

To freeze bbq ribs, wrap tightly in 2 layers of plastic wrap and a layer of foil or use a vacuum sealer to seal. Freeze up to 3 months. Thaw in refrigerator before reheating.

Reheat ribs in a single layer in a baking pan. Brush with additional bbq sauce and cook in a 350° oven for about 10 minutes or until heated through.

What are the Best Ribs for Grilling?

We much prefer baby back ribs for grilling but St. Louis Ribs or Spare Ribs are also delicious. This recipe will work with either variety. Spare Ribs have the tips removed and tend to have more meat between the ribs than the baby back ribs.  Usually we just pick up which ever is available when we are shopping.

Ribs are one of our favorite meals on the grill and it’s a toss up for which flavor combination we like the best. The Coca-Cola Ribs are one of our most requested recipes and these Baby Back Ribs with Brown Sugar Dry Rub are always a favorite.

The whole family was over for a cookout last weekend and we made Dr Pepper Jalapeño BBQ Ribs. We sliced the ribs before grilling and they were sensational!

It’s surprising how easy it is to grill baby back ribs so that they turn out tender, juicy and delicious. Low and slow heat is key and if you can add in some hickory smoke and homemade sauce, it’s likely to rival your favorite bbq restaurant.

Our homemade peach bbq sauce is really flavorful and delicious and it’s good on everything. We’ve made peach bbq chicken tenders, peach bbq meatballs and peach bbq pork chops. You’ll probably want to make a double batch to have it on hand at all times.

  1. I want to try this but I have a Blackstone griddle, not a grill. Will the cook time be different? Thanks!
