How to Make Baby Back Ribs with Brown Sugar Dry Rub:
- Set ribs out on the counter about an hour before you are ready to grill or smoke them.
- Remove packaging and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place ribs on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle brown sugar dry rub over the ribs, pressing it into the meat.
- Prepare a grill fire or smoker to 300° with hickory for smoke flavor.
- Place ribs over indirect heat and cook with the lid closed for 1 ½ hours.
- Test internal temperature with a digital thermometer, cooking until ribs reach about 190-200°.
- Remove to a clean baking sheet, tent with foil and allow to rest about 15 minutes before slicing and serving.

How to Store and Reheat:
Store leftover ribs wrapped in several layers of plastic wrap and a layer of foil.
Reheat in a 325° oven, covered with foil, for about 12- 15 minutes.

- 3 racks baby back ribs
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 cup Best Dry Rub
Instructions
- Set ribs out about an hour before grilling to come to room temperature.
- Remove packaging and dry ribs on all sides with paper towels and place on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and rub all over both sides.
- Sprinkle about ⅓ cup of dry rub over each rack of ribs, pressing into the meat.
- Prepare a grill fire or smoker to about 300° with hickory wood for smoke flavor.
- Cook ribs over indirect heat for 1 ½ hours or until internal temperature reaches 190-200° with a digital meat thermometer.
- Remove to a baking pan and tent with foil. Rest for about 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
