How to Grill Peach BBQ Chicken Tenders:
- Prepare a grill fire to 300° with hickory or oak adding the best smoke flavor.
- Remove chicken tenders from packaging, pat dry with paper towels and place on a baking sheet.
- Place chicken tenders over indirect fire and cook with the lid closed for about 8 minutes.
- Turn chicken tenders and coat in peach bbq sauce on both sides.
- Continue to cook with the lid closed until internal temperature reaches 165° with a digital thermometer..
- Remove chicken to a sheet pan and serve immediately.

How to Store and Reheat:
- Leftover grilled chicken tenders can be stored in an airtight container or wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
- To reheat, place in a skillet with about 2 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of peach bbq sauce. Cover and cook over medium heat about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

- 1 cup peach bbq sauce Recipe below
Instructions
- Prepare grill fire to 300° with hickory or oak for smoke flavor.
- Pat chicken tenders dry with paper towels and place on a sheet pan.
- Place chicken over indirect fire and cook with the lid closed about 8 minutes.
- Turn chicken tenders and coat with peach bbq sauce on both sides.

Peach BBQ Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger or 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 1 cup peach preserves
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon chili flakes
Instructions
- In a medium size sauce pan, add olive oil, garlic and ginger. Cook over medium heat about 3 minutes, stirring often.
- Whisk in orange juice, peach preserves, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, brown mustard, smoked paprika, salt and chili flakes.
- Bring mixture to a boil, whisking often.
- Lower to simmer and cook 10 minutes, whisking often, scraping sides and bottom of the pan.
- Remove from heat and cool slightly before refrigerating.
