Store tightly wrapped in several layers of plastic wrap in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
Reheat in a skillet with butter or olive oil over medium heat, turning once to heat through on both sides, about 3- 5 minutes.

Can this be done on a gas grill? Also, how long to cook a 7 or 8 tenderloin?
Hi Elly,
It can be done on a gas grill. The cooking time is generally about 15 minutes per pound. Use a digital thermometer for the best results.
