  • Chicken Tenders – or any cut of boneless chicken, breasts or thighs
  • Olive Oil
  • Out Grilling SPG Seasoning or all purpose season salt
  • Chipotle Sauce
  • Lime Juice
  • Cilantro

Step-By-Step Directions for Grilled Chipotle Chicken

  1. Prepare a grill fire to 300°.
  2. Remove chicken from packaging and pat dry with paper towels.

  1. Drizzle chicken with olive oil and season with SPG Seasoning on both sides.

  1. In a small bowl, combine chipotle sauce and lime juice. Set aside.

  1. Place seasoned chicken tenders onto a hot grill and cook with the grill closed 10 minutes.
  2. Flip the chicken and brush with chipotle sauce in a thick layer. Continue cooking 5 minutes with the grill closed. Flip chicken again, brushing with more chipotle sauce.
  3. Cook until chicken reaches 165 degrees using a digital meat thermometer.
