- Remove chicken from packaging and pat dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle chicken with olive oil and season with SPG Seasoning on both sides.
- In a small bowl, combine chipotle sauce and lime juice. Set aside.
- Place seasoned chicken tenders onto a hot grill and cook with the grill closed 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and brush with chipotle sauce in a thick layer. Continue cooking 5 minutes with the grill closed. Flip chicken again, brushing with more chipotle sauce.
- Cook until chicken reaches 165 degrees using a digital meat thermometer.
