- 1 ¼ pounds chicken tenders
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Out Grilling SPG Seasoning or all purpose season salt
- ½ cup chipotle sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
Prepare a grill fire to 300°.
Remove chicken from packaging and pat dry with paper towels.
Drizzle chicken with olive oil and season with SPG Seasoning on both sides.
In a small bowl, combine chipotle sauce and lime juice. Set aside.
Place seasoned chicken tenders onto a hot grill and cook with the grill closed 10 minutes.
Flip the chicken and brush with chipotle sauce in a thick layer. Continue cooking 5 minutes with the grill closed. Flip chicken again, brushing with more chipotle sauce.
Cook until chicken reaches 165 degrees using a digital meat thermometer.
Remove from grill to a serving platter.
Garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Storage: Store leftover chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
- Reheat: Cook chicken in a foil packet in a 350° oven for 15 minutes or in a skillet lightly coated with olive oil on the stove top, turning to heat from both sides.
