Ingredients for Parmesan Corn on the Cob:
- Fresh Corn on the Cob
- Salted Butter
- Fresh Garlic Cloves
- Fresh Rosemary
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
- Parmesan Cheese
How to Grill Parmesan Corn on the Cob:
- Remove husks and silk from corn.
- Mince the garlic cloves and rosemary.
- In a small bowl, add softened butter with garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Mix with a fork until well combined.
- Use a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil that is big enough to form the packet.
- Place the corn on the foil.
- Spread the corn with garlic and herb butter.
- Wrap the foil around the corn creating a sealed packet.
- Cook corn over indirect fire with the grill closed about 30 minutes.
- Remove from grill and carefully open the packet.
- Grate parmesan cheese over corn and serve immediately.
How to Store and Reheat:
Store leftover corn in a zip top bag in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
For best results when reheating, cut corn from the cob and place in a skillet with butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring until corn is heated through. Top with additional parmesan cheese before serving.

Parmesan Corn on the Cob
Ingredients
- 5 ears corn on the cob
- ½ cup salted butter softened
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons of fresh rosemary minced (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare a grill fire to 350°.
- Remove husks and silks from corn and place on a large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil.
- In a small bowl, combine butter, minced garlic, and rosemary with salt and pepper.
- Spread over corn and fold the foil up into a sealed packet.
- Cook corn over indirect fire with the grill closed for 30 minutes.
- Remove from grill and carefully open.
- Grate parmesan cheese over corn and serve immediately.
