Baby back ribs can be cooked in under 2 hours making them the perfect menu item for a weekend cookout. It’s just as easy to grill a couple of racks of ribs as it is one and with this tasty recipe, you may not have any leftovers.

Ingredients Needed:

How to Grill Jalapeño Peach BBQ Ribs:

  • Prepare a grill fire using pecan or hickory for smoke flavor. We like to use our Big Green Egg for ribs, if you are using a pellet grill, adjust for additional cooking time, relying on a digital meat thermometer to test the ribs for doneness.

2 racks baby back ribs with dry rub on a sheet pan.

  • Pat the ribs dry with paper towels. You can remove the membrane from the bone-side of the ribs if desired. We always leave it on.  Coat lightly with olive oil and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with dry rub.

How to Store and Reheat Grilled Ribs:

  • Store leftover ribs in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
  • Reheat ribs wrapped in foil and place on a baking sheet. Cook at 350° for 15- 20 minutes until heated through or reheat ribs in a covered skillet with additional sauce or water over medium heat, flipping to heat from both sides, about 8 – 10 minutes.

These Jalapeño Peach BBQ Ribs are the perfect combination of sweet and spicy but they are not too spicy. If you like really hot and spicy foods, more jalapeños can be added to the sauce.
