We like to buy a whole pork loin and slice it up into thick cut pork chops. For this recipe we used the large end of the loin to make a 3 pound loin roast.
The secret to tender and juicy grilled pork loin is to not over cook it. Use a digital meat thermometer and cook the pork for 140°. Rest the pork before slicing. We are using our favorite pork rub to season the pork and then it gets even more flavor with our homemade Jalapeño Peach BBQ Sauce.
