Honey Garlic Chicken
Honey Garlic Chicken is tender bites of chicken grilled with hickory smoke and tossed with a sweet honey and garlic sauce. Easy to serve as a chicken bite appetizer or family favorite main dish.

Ingredients Needed:
- Chicken Tenders
- Honey
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Granulated Garlic
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
- Red Pepper
- Parsley
Step by Step Instructions:
- Cut chicken tenders into about 1 1/2 – 2 inch chunks.
- Grill over indirect fire at about 300° with hickory for smoke flavor with the grill lid closed.
- Cook for about 10- 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165° using a digital thermometer.
- Remove chicken from the grill and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce by adding honey, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper and red pepper together in a skillet.
- Cook over medium heat until mixture starts to bubble.
- Add grilled chicken and toss to coat.
- Remove chicken to a serving dish and garnish with parsley.
- Serve with toothpicks for an easy appetizer or serve over rice pilaf for a delicious dinner.
Stove Top Method:
- Cook chicken chunks in a skillet with 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat until browned on all sides, about 8 – 10 minutes.
- Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over cooked chicken. Stir continually until sauce starts to bubble and adheres to chicken.
The honey garlic sauce is versatile and will work with any cut of chicken that you have and is also great on pork or shrimp. It’s made so simply with pantry ingredients and comes together in about 5 minutes. Honey garlic sauce could also be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator in a closed container up to 3 days.
How to Store and Reheat:
Store leftover chicken in an air tight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
Reheat in a skillet with a tablespoon or two of water over medium heat, stirring often about 5 minutes.
