Ham and Cheese Charcuterie Board

Easy ham and cheese charcuterie board with simple snacks, fresh fruit and honey mustard sauce. Perfect for holidays or grilling nights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ham cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups cheese cubed - white cheddar, yellow cheddar, garlic and herb cheddar - or your favorites
  • 1 ½ cups pineapple chunks well drained
  • 1 cup olives
  • 1 cup pickles
  • 4 sleeves crackers Any mix of your favorites
  • ¼ cup honey mustard sauce
  • fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  • Start with a large wooden board or serving tray. Add bowl of honey mustard sauce in the center.
  • Arrange the ham in a few sections around the board. Fold slices or cube them to add texture.
  • Slice the cheeses into cubes or thin wedges. Place each type of cheese in different areas to spread color and flavor across the board.
  • Add crackers in small stacks or loose piles around the ham and cheese.
  • Spoon pineapple chunks into a small bowl or add directly to the board if well drained.
  • Place pickles and olives around the board to balance everything.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Prep ingredients ahead and store in individual container in the refrigerator up to 3 days. 
Variations:
  • Use fresh apples or pears in place of pineapple. 
  • Add smoked pecans or your favorite toasted nuts.
  • Use toasted baguette slices or bagel chips with the crackers.
