Ham and Cheese Charcuterie Board

- 2 cups ham cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups cheese cubed - white cheddar, yellow cheddar, garlic and herb cheddar - or your favorites
- 1 ½ cups pineapple chunks well drained
- 1 cup olives
- 1 cup pickles
- 4 sleeves crackers Any mix of your favorites
- ¼ cup honey mustard sauce
- fresh herbs for garnish
Start with a large wooden board or serving tray. Add bowl of honey mustard sauce in the center.
Arrange the ham in a few sections around the board. Fold slices or cube them to add texture.
Slice the cheeses into cubes or thin wedges. Place each type of cheese in different areas to spread color and flavor across the board.
Add crackers in small stacks or loose piles around the ham and cheese.
Spoon pineapple chunks into a small bowl or add directly to the board if well drained.
Place pickles and olives around the board to balance everything.
Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Prep ingredients ahead and store in individual container in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
Variations:
- Use fresh apples or pears in place of pineapple.
- Add smoked pecans or your favorite toasted nuts.
- Use toasted baguette slices or bagel chips with the crackers.
