BBQ Shrimp

  • Prepare a grill fire to 350° using hickory or pecan for smoke flavor.
  • Toss the shrimp in sweet & tangy BBQ sauce until well coated.
  • Place shrimp in a grill basket and cook over indirect heat.
  • Stir occasionally and cook until shrimp is pink, opaque, and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F using a digital meat thermometer.
  • Remove from grill and serve immediately with extra BBQ sauce on the side if desired.

  • Storage: Store leftover shrimp in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
