Pineapple Pulled Pork Sliders

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°. 
  • In a skillet, combine pulled pork with pineapple bbq sauce and cook over medium heat, stirring often until heated through.
  • Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Cut Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottoms in a baking dish or on a sheet pan.
  • Top with pineapple pulled pork. 
  • Add Swiss cheese slices over the pork and top each with a pineapple ring. 
  • Add the bun tops and brush with melted butter.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. 
  • Remove from oven and serve immediately.

Notes

How to Store and Reheat:

  • Store leftover sliders in a zip top bag in the refrigerator up to 3 days. 
  • Reheat in a baking dish covered with foil in a 350° oven for 15- 20 minutes or until heated through.
