Preheat oven to 400°.
Slice jalapenos in half, removing tops, seeds and membranes.
Mix cream cheese with garlic, salt and pepper. Stir in shredded cheese.
Stuff jalapeno halves with cream cheese mixture.
Cut bacon in half and wrap a slice around each jalapeno half.
Bake for 25 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
Mix ground beef with dry rub and form into 6 patties.
Prepare a grill fire to about 350°.
Cook burgers over direct heat for about 5 minutes, flip burgers and brush with barbecue sauce. Close the lid and cook for another 5 minutes.
Brush with barbecue sauce and continue to cook until internal temperature reaches 165°with a digital thermometer.
Remove burgers from the grill.
Spread buns with butter and toast lightly.
Top buns with favorite condiments, lettuce, onion, burger patties and jalapeno poppers. Serve immediately.
